At Kitchen Sparrow, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your kitchen tools and accessories. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return process is designed to be simple, fair, and completely transparent.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Item must be in the original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories included.
• Valid proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@kitchensparrow.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Instructions: Upon approval (within 24–48 hours), we will send you the return mailing address and packing instructions.
3. Ship the Package: Securely pack the item and mail it to our designated warehouse address.

Note: Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items Received

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives broken or defective, notify us within 48 hours at support@kitchensparrow.com with clear photo/video evidence. We will send a free replacement or process a full refund immediately.

6. Refunds Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to complete a return for the existing item, and then place a new order separately for the new product.

8. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our standard return steps.
